Frequently Asked Questions
All bookings include lighting equipment, photography backdrops, props and décor, the podcast area, coffee corner, changing room, and exclusive use of the entire studio during the booking period. Camera equipment, photographers, and editing services are not included.
Guests may enter the studio up to 10 minutes before their booking time. Exceeding the reserved time will result in an additional full-hour charge.
Yes, booking extensions are subject to availability and are charged at SAR 350 per additional hour.
Yes, professional photography services are available upon request. Our team will contact you to coordinate the session and prepare a mood board. Photography services must be requested at least 24 hours before the session.
Yes, all furniture, equipment, and props must be returned to their original locations, and the space must be left in the same condition it was received.
A cleaning fee of SAR 300 will be charged if the studio is not returned in an acceptable condition.
The renter is fully responsible for any damage caused to the studio, furniture, equipment, or facilities during the booking period. Any damages will be assessed and charged accordingly, and the renter will be given three days to settle the amount before legal action is taken if necessary.
